Store lyophilized (powder) peptides at -20°C or below in a freezer. Keep them in their original sealed containers with desiccant. For reconstituted peptides, refrigerate at 2-8°C and use within 30-60 days depending on the specific peptide. Never freeze reconstituted solutions.

Check the temperature indicator included with your shipment. If it shows exposure above recommended temperatures, contact us immediately for a replacement. Our packaging is designed to maintain temperature for up to 72 hours even in warm conditions, but we'll always make it right if there are any issues.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may require additional documentation for customs clearance. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. We cannot mark items as gifts to avoid customs procedures.

Address changes can only be made before the order ships (within 12 hours of placing your order). Contact our support team immediately with your order number and new address. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be modified.

We take full responsibility for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund. We'll work with the carrier to resolve any issues.

All shipments are packaged discretely without product names or logos on the outer box. The return address shows our company name only. We respect your privacy and understand the importance of discrete research supplies delivery.
